Welcome to State Bank Nagar Vanaz Project, a proud community built on collaboration, dedication, and shared aspirations. Established in 1986-87, our journey began in Karvenagar, Pune, as part of an ambitious cooperative housing initiative. Over time, this vision expanded to include a total of seven projects, all completed with remarkable success despite being led by individuals with no prior experience in construction—a testament to the power of teamwork and determination.
In June 2015, the original seven projects were demerged, forming independent societies. From this reorganization emerged our unique identity as State Bank Nagar Vanaz Project. Since then, we have grown as a self-sustaining and thriving cooperative society, guided by the principles of democratic participation and transparency.
Our first management committee was elected in December 2017, and we continue to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Co-operation. The second committee took office in January 2023, reaffirming our commitment to effective governance and the betterment of our society.
At State Bank Nagar Vanaz Project, we honor our roots while embracing new opportunities to enhance the lives of our members. Together, we build not just homes, but a vibrant and supportive community.
